Single self-contained HTML file with tabbed navigation covering the full body of work: medical primer, ten health-psychology constructs, theoretical scaffolding, trends/gaps, research-direction ladder, the evidence map (coverage + records by angle), two comparator analyses (hypoparathyroidism and ME/CFS), and community/lived-experience leads. Visual overhaul: serif/sans type pairing (Fraunces + Inter), gradient accents, animated cortisol-curve hero, ambient background glow, hover lift on cards, animated coverage bars, restyled accordions and ladder. Add an MRes Project tab: official Ulster project title, aim (nutritional + psychological profiling into subtypes), four-step approach, supervisory team, and a researcher note. MRes tab rewritten to match the official Ulster supervisor brief: real aim + three objectives (acute/surgical care experiences; QoL/stress/ coping; diet/exercise & bone health), the co-produced cross-sectional JISC questionnaire and validated measures (GHQ-12, WHOQOL-BREF, PSS-14, Brief COPE; Joffe & Yardley analysis), patient advisory group / PPI, and the full four-person cross-institutional team (Ulster + ATU), correcting the earlier supervisor list. Evidence map expanded with ~20 references from the user's full-text retrieval guide (with DOIs), including cognition (Van't Westeinde x2, Ramos-Levi), QoL (Zdrojowy-Welna, Fletcher-Sandersjoo), behaviour change (Llahana Support AI, Shepherd), adherence (Yazidi), treatment (Espiard, Dineen), epidemiology (Conrad, Sekhon), genetics (Royrvik), and a new Nutrition & bone health angle (vitamin D, bone outcomes).
